i would fold pre. As played, the flop is pretty wet and smacks many ranges. Your hand looks pretty bad now (and remember we already know it looked pretty bad pre)

Results:

I shove for 180 or so, V1 and V2 fold, I get it in against V3's JT. I'm shoving rather than flatting to deny odds for V1 and V2 and (possibly) to fold out better hands like AT or JJ.

V1 claimed that he folded the low straight, which I don't believe. He claimed that he "turned the straight," which makes no sense since the 5 changed nothing.

In any case, I got lucky get it in ahead vs. one player with dead money in the middle. I could easily have been far behind or drawing dead. If anyone needs me, I'll be folding KT pre to avoid these crappy spots.

Preflop and turn are clear folds to me for reasons already stated itt. The only question is how to play the flop in that situation. I would've probably played it the same as OP, betting a similar amount but I have no idea if that's better than just check/evaluating the flop.
