I can't access my stars account as I'm in USA and stars is being lame. I have a friend (MissOracle) who will send 4k to stars account on behalf of me.

I can also send passport ID and go on webcam to identify myself. Any type of check you want to do on me I'll oblige with.

As OMGClayDol is sending, I'd prefer for him to send 2nd. Obv if he doesn't send while I'm away I'll send straight away when I get back from my stars account (Dintyo)
