interesting theory
as far as i can surmise, it's a lot harder to get thousands of dollars on sites (due to deposit limits) than it is to cash out the same amount. if offline dollars are worth more, the only justification for the premium that i can imagine would be to avoid a paper trail and thus avoid taxes.
this would require the exchange of actual cash, though - if you're just writing someone a check, how is this any different than what the sites would do, and why would they pay you 5-8% for this?
