That's a good adjustment. I need to emphasize again that I hate the word default. There shouldn't be a default really in live play. Every spot is different and you have time to adjust and play optimally. Don't build a system. Those work well in online where the volume and pace are such that you don't have time to dig through a HUD for just the right play. Live, you do. Be dynamic.

I wouldn't bother trying to compare pokerpro tables to "standard" live tables. I expect that seeing more hands in a short time will tighten most players' ranges, which'll make the game play a little more like an online game where you can expect a lower winrate.

How do you know what the other regs are profiting? Are they into the game for $400 when they cash out for $600?

Your ranges look fine. Could cold-call a little wider in multiway spots.

You should tailor your your c-betting value/bluffing range based on who you're up against. Some V's are much more likely to float you or call light, so obviously don't bluff those guys, value bet them larger instead.

Regardless, a 100 hour sample doesn't really tell you much about your game. I just ran some statistics on my records in the bankroll thread, and a 100 hour sample will have an insane amount of uncertainty in winrate.

I've been a winning 50NL reg on Pokerstars for a year.

Not including gas/tipping servers this month over 94.5 hours I made $1390 which is just under $15/h. However I play on those PokerPro electronic tables where you get 40-50 hands/hr 10 handed
That's roughly 4000 hands. Break your results on Stars down into blocks of 4000 hands, and see what the winrate is for each block. Variance over that small a sample is huge; it's affected dramatically by the results of a few ginormous pots.

Discussions about hands are going to be a lot more beneficial than trying to extract meaning from results. E.g., I'm guessing you've plugged a leak since posting that recent KK hand.

Never open limp any hand from any position.

I find that when I open a hand like JJ or AQ in EP (hands that want just one or two callers) whenever someone calls in EP/MP it causes a domino effect of callers and I end up seeing a 5+ way flop. Better to be heads up OOP against a somewhat inelastic calling range (if they wanna see a flop with QTo for $10 they'll still see it for $14 but might fold JTo now) than hopelessly OOP vs several opponents.

Also I forgot to mention my default raise sizes when UTG straddles for $4. I usually open $15 + $4 per limper. I'm guessing in EP I should make it $20 + $4 per limper and perhaps $17 + $4 per limper in MP. Maybe just $12 + $4 in limper on the BTN.
Good luck improving your win rate picking up blinds and straddles.

Learn to play postflop and you'll be fine.
