I agree with most of the posters. Seems that no harm was intended.

If anything it was a veiled slow roll, but I give that a 1% probability.

Easy.
Lets assume I have the nuts, and I am supposed to show first based on whatever the house rules happen to be at the time.
I say that I have something other than the nuts some crappy hand for the board or something, my opponent with some weaker hands flips up his hand first out of politeness, I get to see his hand, and then I turn my hand face up and win the pot.

Easy angle by under repping your hand.

I do this myself (roll cards over while announcing my high flush card).

If a player were to go out of my way to annoy me I would go out of my way to chase away the fish at the table. I prefer reg heavy games anyways.

Even if he had TcXs and said "Ten high flush" as he rolled it to try to get you to fold it's not an angle.
