Villain $700
hero covers

Villain is younger asian guy, seems decent but i'm not sure about his 3bet sizing out of position. HE keeps making it too cheap imo. He has 3bet 2 times before this and is making them poorly sized OOP

Hero - Room reg, and plays a wide variety of games. Been winning so has biggest stack at table. Also drinking because playing with some friends.

4 limps
Hero looks down at T8 on BTN and goes $20. Sometimes just over limp here.

Villian goes $60 in SB
Pretty easy call giving how deep we are with position

$135

$135
8
Villain 80
Hero calls

$295
River J
Villain $160
Hero

Looks like he has TT+ here or some Ax hand
Maybe click it back? I guess I get super coolered if he has JJ or AA and possibly even fold if he jams.

Preflop is on the thin side for those stacks but with position I would call some of the time also.

Depending on villain I might bet the flop after he checks. If villain is going to give up KK-TT to a flop bet I like just ending the hand, your single pair isn't likely to improve. I would flat the turn also, at that point I want villain to continue and raising just folds out most hands.

I'm inclined to flat call the river. You are only rarely beat but what hands you beat call if you raise? AJ is probably it, possibly AK that he slow played on the flop. Everything else is a single pair that is easily folded, a bluff that isn't calling any raise or a boat.

If raising pre, larger given 4 limps @ $1/$3.

I'd min click the turn, $190ish. If he doesn't have an Ace, he will X/F most rivers anyway. If he does, we start building a pot.

As played, $330 may get a call.

I like the line so far. I'm raising the river for sure. $400.

This +2. You will value own yourself with a raise far more often than you get called by worse. Non nutted deep in 3-bet with significant stacks still to go, I can't see a raise being +EV. I'd much prefer a turn raise if you intend to go stacks on this.

If villain is folding his entire range except for boats to a river raise, then I guess everyone is bluffing these spots a ton, right?

After 4 limps I'm just overlimping preflop.

I guess we can call the 3bet preflop because if we're up against a face up range then we're getting good IO and in position and will be going to a very small SPR flop (where Villain will have a difficult time folding). But, overall, thanks to our preflop raise we've put in 9% of our stack preflop with T high, and that ain't good.

Think I might lean to a flop bet. We've got to start repping that Ace to get him to fold KK-, and meanwhile we have some outs if he starts calling. Doesn't have to be a huge bet to get the ball rolling, I would go like $40 and be prepared to barrel.

I would also just flat the turn bet. At this point we don't want to fold out KK- so let's just flat until the river where we can then raise if we see fit.

Think I would consider a minraise/fold on the river. A minraise is extremely strong so I don't think we're ever getting reraised by worse (even AJ is only calling here).
