Not clear from your HH, but it seems you limp/called, so I will make that assumption.

I don't bluff this river since he calls with pretty much all overpairs. The 3 actually is a really bad card for you since it significantly reduces the likelihood of a flopped set.

He has called a CR on the flop and a 1/2 pot on turn. I don't think he is folding to that river.

I feel that you will get looked up way to much here with one pair hands. A big portion of your range seems to be missed draws on a board like this. When the 3 comes on the riverits also a bad card in the fact that your not c/r the flop with just a 3.
It looks pretty much like a missed bluff and you wanted to keep control of the pot.

^^^ that's awesome dude, care to explain why instead of waving your big bad e-penis around?

Shoving river is entirely opponent dependent and I'd bet a little more on turn to be more credible.

Sorry, didn't mean to hit you with my E-pean.

On a drawy board, where I have a tight Image, I lean toward calling aggresive opponents when the river whiffs. And as you pointed out, the 1/2 pot turn bet didn't help sell it.

I counter with my E-Paean:

O' wise Goomba, son of the Mushroom Lands,
The spell of your mispelling laughter commands.

I think you really have to decide on the flop what you're doing with the hand. Are you going to represent a set or try to hit a flush and profit? You can balance it either way. When you c/r flop and 1/2 pot turn you're not being consistent with either and you mess up your hand. Don't bet like a pussy and correct decisions will become much easier. If you bet 90-110 on turn you should shove river 100%.
