Lol this is so bad. I think the river shove is actually the worst bit as even though he passed usually u have no fold equity. He is getting immense odds on the river.
What makes this so bad is that you have nearly no equity in the hand ( 7 river may not win you the hand), you haven't actually invested much in the pot when he raises the turn yet you want to put all your chips in just so u can win every pot.

try outplaying them by just being making fundamentally better decisions.
this is really how to outplay ppl at this level. not FPS, which = giving $ away most of the time at LLS
