I call w/ Qs or better, thinking that CO repops preflop w/ KK+.

CO may like his chances against half stacker and think that the action behind you will get you to fold some pretty big pairs. At the same time, he should shove his entire continuing range...a flat call looks just as strong, maybe more so. Anyway, Qs are in great shape against CO's range (I used a pretty strong range below, his actual range is probably a little weaker):
