We're $250eff

1/2 game villain is a reg I've seen in the room a lot. Probably mid 40s with real long hair and bangs with glasses. weird guy... I'm pretty sure he's real nitty but no history with him. Been at table for 30m and I don't think either of us had shown down a hand.

I get TT in utg +1 and make it 12. Him and button call.

Pot($39)
Flop 369cc

I bet 26 and in probably 5-7 seconds he counts out $75.

Seems like a snap fold but I've been getting run over all month so I'm questioning all my decisions

unless you have some experience with villain which shows he likes to bluff, chase and bet draws or to bet TPTK heavily, I think you have to fold here. Raises on a scattered flop like that typically are from a set ($12 pre is cheap enough for many to set mine) or AA from what I've seen.

I'm assuming the button folded before action came back to you?

Pretty sure he is real nitty and he is raising you on the flop... So fold. At best you probably are up against 2 overs and a fd. He could have JJ or a set. This is a fold, especially with TT

without any reads i think its a sigh fold

but with any reads that he likes to be aggressive post flop, i think its a snap shove

Folding here, a suspected nitty players range with bangs crushes you.

Snap fold. I see this line taken by jj-kk and even aa often. Villains flat big pairs pre hoping for a "safe" flop then go crazy post flop. The real question is what to do with qq-aa here. With jj I snap fold as well but not so sure about qq+

glasses and bangs is qq+ every time

Seriously though I'm folding here and not feeling too bad about it. Not sure when the last time I saw a nitty player semibluff the flop or raise tpgk for value.

if V was aggro and liked to make moves and semibluff, we can call and reevaluate turn meaning we'd lead out on all non club turns.

But if V is the typical weak tight, passive, nitty, ABC, or fit-n-fold rec player then we can fold here and feel okay about it. V could have spiked a set or has an overpair. I doubt V is raising here with J9 type hands.

checking flop w/no history isn't that bad either

These 2 seem incompatible, but they both mean you should fold.

Even if this was a flush draw half the time, he´ll normally have additional outs so the fold is trivial.

he is likely calling with all hands that we can get any value from. standard b/f with the info you have
