I'm sitting on 1100 and the player to my right raises to 60 I make it 240 the player to my left flats the guy to my right tanks then flats. Gross. Flop comes ten high I'm first to act I ship. Standard or would a check be better? It's a way ahead or way behind situation but don't want to give ace high a free card. For one possible hand in the range which I didn't believe don't think I can check.
I don't mind shoving here. There's about $720 in the pot, you have $860 behind. If villains are intelligent they realize any bet by you commits you here. What are the other villains' stack sizes? Is the flop at all coordinated? What about reads on the villains?
They had close to 1000 and the board coordination doesn't really matter because I'm getting it in just the 2 villains that flatted 240 well it was gross and I was concerned about aa. Fwiw there could have been 2 hearts on the board but don't.
Yeah, I think smaller bet might be better as well. You are right about way ahead or way behind, Ace high wouldn't be calling any bet size so we are protecting against it anyway. A weakish type bet might induce JJ or QQ to ship. I don't think you should be thinking about folding no matter what, you are way too shallow and you 3-bet big enough to deny any set mining.
