Continue $15 on flop if you plan on barreling turn. Barreling turn depends on if you think you can get them off a 7. My standard line here against population would be to usually bet and sometimes check flop, but against guys playing every hand I would either give up on flop, or size slightly larger and give up if they call flop. Probably optimistic to think we can get them off a 7 with two bets and they will have plenty of Kx.
Destiny is also correct. That size is not classically polarizing. Small bets indicate high frequency bets with a wide range. It’s Reasonable for a mediocre hand like JJ/QQ or Tx to bet for value with that sizing.
