Hello everyone,
I just played a hand live at Blinds 5/5 and would love to have your opinion on the play. I am eager to learn.
Blinds 5/5
Rather Tight table with preflop raise between 15 and 25 usually.
Hero AsQd UTG (stack 900)
Limps for 5
2 other limpers
SB raises to 35 (stack 1200)
SB likes to straddle and play poker in his phone. That means he is not playing many hands at the table.
Hero calls for 35
Mid position calls for 35 (stack 400)
Flop
Td Qh Ac
Pot = 120
SB bet 100
Hero call
Mid fold
Turn
3d
SB bet 330
Hero think a lot then fold
Is it a good fold ? Overall how was hand played?

Why did you limp?
After you limped and SB raised, why didn’t you 3bet?
Preflop is played in such a backwards manner, I find it hard to comment on postflop.

I don't hate limping pre in all circumstances however its bad here.
I'm never folding turn, AK/AJ/AT/QTs can all play like this. I think I'd probably just rip it in now.

I think this is a decent spot to limp and encourage dominated hands to enter the pot. We can even LRR vs the right action.

If I'm limping this hand pre I'm 3betting it. With only 450ish behind, turn is prob just a shove, can't be scared of coolers when you still beat plenty of hands.

Your hand is underrepped based on how you played preflop. I’m calling/jamming here
