I'm not sure I'd ever find myself in this situation since your flop and turn bets seem somewhat terrible but having gotten there I'm sure that I would cry and call and lose

Betting coordinated low flops vs loose donks is usually a bad idea.

With that said I make a crying call on the river after getting there like that.

River is a call.
A donk can have an overpair, a set, a worse straight sometimes even top two.
I don't really understand the earlier streets though.

Against a bad player, call. They can have worse here enough to justify the 4 to 1 call.
