1/2 Game
Villian is down 800 because he called all bets and bluffed way too much. He is a little bit on tilt and he raised about 80%of his range and limped the rest.

Limps on utg+1
Villian (stack 180) limps utg3
Hero (stack 200) raised to 15 with a4s (heart) in the cutoff +1 (hope this is the right term for it)
The rest folded because they very tight, and i played very tight too, because i was very carded in this session.

My thoughts was that i wanted to isolate the fish, because when he limps he has the bottom bottom of his range and would call. Hoped to get headsup with him but the hand went like this.

Big blind calls
another unimportant caller (he is a bid and hoped to flop a set) if he pays anything i instant fold
Villian calls
Flop (60): Flop Q86 and i have the flush draw. THey check to me. You like the cbet of 40?
Fish called
Turn was a 5 and he bet 60 with a rest stack of 65
Hero?

Other Hand i got 44 on the btn with a straddle on. 5 Caller in front of me and i just called because i didn't want to play 44 against 4 players. Is this play ok on a very passive table? (saw a lot of limped monsters)
Same story with 77 is this a difference to your opinion?
Thanks

I assume you mean you raised from HJ (hijack) If you were in the HJ the next seats to your left are (in order) CO, Button, SB, BB, UTG, UTG+1, UTG+2, MP

I'm never folding in that spot. Even if it were slightly -EV I would call just to try to hit and put this guy on super duper monkey tilt.

Finding it very difficult to follow this hand. You introduced villain (UTG+3... so MP?), hero (CO+1... so BTN?), and then threw in a BB that decided to cold call.

Then when it comes to flop action suddenly a 'Fish' calls your c-bet. Who's the fish?

I'm sorry i wasn't sure which seat has witch name. Fish is the Villian in middle position. He was last to act and i had position on him. I sat in the highjack.
Sorry guys, I'm new in this Forum and this is one of my first posts.

Check out a sticky, or some other topics to get the general formatting down. Good luck though and welcome.

For the first hand I'm probably not cbetting this flop. I wanted to get HU with fish, failed, whiffed the flop. I also would rather do this with a better hand, AT+, or in this case limp behind. That's not to say cbetting is here is bad.

Turn I'm definitely calling as played. 60 behind, I've got position and combo draw, also getting decent odds 2.5 to call. At this point have to.

Other hands limping small PPs is fine. No need to always raise them.
