We're losing to 13 combos including (T8s, 77, 66, 99, 96ss 97ss). We're beating all suited 9x combos (A9s, K9s, Q9s, J9s, T9s, 89s) = 12 combos. I think he's stacking off with enough of these to make it a shove with the dead money. We can't improve our hand and we're going to playing a guessing game on the river for a lot of money if we call. Villain may even snap with pair+fd combos or something weird like AA-TT

Edit: his turn sizing also seems like he has T8 or wants a fold. If he had a made hand like a boat why not bet smaller to induce worse hands to call and make their flush/straight?

First, fold preflop. With a bunch of limping just completing from the SB would be mediocre, with a straddle in play just don't get into this situation.
What do you know about villains? Villain's turn bet size is large but at the same time he is betting into 2 opponents, so this probably is a bluff or draw. Having some idea what villain bets and what he calls with if you shove is pretty villain dependent. If he is sensible then it's weighted towards straights that want to charge draws, the worse he is the wider his range. A bad LAG could do this with 98 hoping to get no calls and figuring he has outs if he is called.
What UTG+2 is sticking around with also matters. The higher the chance they are planning to check/shove the turn the less interested hero should be in hand.
My inclination is shove and hope to charge people to draw against hero. But I can easily see folding at the table if I think one of the villains has to have it to be there on the turn.

Go bigger with your x/r sizing when you're OOP and multi-way. At least 4x.

I'd continue to barrel with an over-bet on the turn. Very unlikely either opponent flat called flop with a set or 2P that just boated up.

AP, just jam now.

I don’t know if I was tired, or just leaning too heavily on my read that V was not much of a bluffer, but I folded my straight.

UTG+2 called all-in with 5d3d and missed the river.

Spoiler:
V showed 76o to win the pot.
