Game 1-2 NL

Villain one off the button, joined the table about an hour before this hand. A total fish, limps with any cards and calls smalls raises with Ax or even Kx.
Image and position goes totally over her head.
Stacks: Hero $300; Villain $200

Hero is BB looking at 10 10 black.
Three limpers, Hero raises to $17 and Villain calls.

Flop: 7 10 J two hearts. Hero bets $20; Villain AI Hero?

Insta-call for me. We've flopped a set 100bbs deep, I'm pretty much stacking off here all the time unless the board runs out bad. You also have to ask yourself if a typical villain would shove a nuttish hand here (are they that scared of getting drawn out on?). And even if he shows up with a straight every once and a while, we're still going to suckout a 3rd of the time. If he has JJ, it's a cooler. Otherwise, there's a zillion hands that could be played this way that we're ahead of (overpair, TP, two pair, 77, straight draw, flush draw, combo draw, etc.).

Villain could easily have AJ, an overpair, two pair here or even just a flush draw. Sucks if he had JJ or 89, but I'm never folding a set against a monkey for 100bb. Get it in and feel good, sorry you got coolered.

Worse situation is that he has JJ, and villains would often slow play this. He probably has something like hearts or AJ. Even if he has 89 you have equity. Just hope he hasn't read the COTW and felt frisky.

This is probably a call as your bet did look pretty weak. It would be larger bet on the flop, as you want to get max value with your awesome hand. Bet like 2/3-4/5 pot on flop.

So there are a total of 19 combos that beat us, 3 we are pretty much dead to and 16 we have a decent amount of outs to.

There are there are 33 combos of JT 77 J7 AJ and QQ, when you factor in all of the draws/combo draws that vill could do this with its a snap stack off every time

Snap call here. Only 89 has u beat and u still have 33% equity against that. Villain would have to shove for 200+bb or be very nitty for me to consider folding here
