I was at the 1/2 tables a couple days ago and there was 2 french kids who sat with 300 and were complete donks.
So hero is bb with q/8 6 limpers then bb checks his options

villian is 300$ stack french kid
hero is ~100$ stack nit

flop q/8/8 all check to villian
villian bets 10
all fold hero calls
q/8/8/a turn = a hero checks villian bets 20 hero calls
q/8/8/a/3 river = 3 hero checks villian bets 35 hero c/r's to 85
villian calls with q/10
Is there any way i could've gotten more value outa this hand?

uhhh looks like you got max value,

2+10+20+85=117

ahh gotcha, kinda a tough spot to make more, because its tough for him to have a hand to pay you off with, you kinda have the entire deck in your hand...

Why are you sitting with less chips than horrible players at the table? You can't stack donks if you don't cover them.

I probably check/raise one of the early streets (probably the flop) so as not to risk the river checking thru, which would be a disaster.

Leading flop into a large field could be better then c/c'ing.
