The problem with tells is that they can mean opposite things depending on whether villain's reaction is spontaneous or deliberate.
Acting fast however doesn't necessarily mean it's a spontaneous act. Sometimes when people bluff, they try acting fast in order to convey they have a strong hand and there isn't much to think about. The instajam when river hits might be a draw that bricked or a donkey who can't wait to get his money in. Other times people take ages to act when they have the nuts.
If a villain is somewhat experienced and aware of timing tells and still acts fast, I am more prone to interpret his action as either a sign of weakness or him trying to level me he's weak when in fact he's strong.

The fact you have all the super nuts: AA/AK more than him and he's still shoving means you're beat. He prolly has AQ/AJ. Just another tough poker spot.
