Yes, reads and playing styles of the CO & BTN are critical here. That said, the CO looks TAG/LAG and likely has TT+, AQ+, AK+, so isn't a threat. The BTN, on the other hand, could have a set, or the horrid 67.
Still, in the absence of reads and being OOP, I'm going to 3-bet to $45. What I expect to happen is that the CO will tank/fold and the BTN will call. If, however, the BTN 4-bets, I will fold.
If the turn is a blank, I'll go allin. If it pairs the board, I'll check and evaluate.
All this, however, depends on the playing styles of the CO & BTN.
