1/2 NL game, 8-handed

V1 is on my immediate left, has been relatively tight / passive so far but seems confident and has won a few pots. Early 30's wearing glasses and nice shirt. Has been at the table for about an hour.

V2 is 2 more seats to the left. He's a regular player, in late 20's in football jersey / hat. We played together a few days ago but didn't really tangle much. Been at the same table for a few hours with a few pots. He 3-bet my $12 to $36 on the button (1 caller) and we both folded. He also raised my $30 c-bet to $90 on a K-T-x flop and I folded. He raises pre a decent amount, usually to $10 or $12.

My image at the table is somewhat TAG preflop, a little on the passive side post-flop, but more aggressive on river. Have shown down a couple good hands on draws that got there.

V1 has $500
V2 has $430
Hero has $650.

V1 limps utg for $2, folds to V2 who raises to $12. Button calls, folds to Hero in BB who calls with 78. V1 calls.

Flop: T52 (Pot: $44)
Hero checks. V1 bets $30. V2 raises to $90. Button Folds.

Hero thinks for a minute and raises to $165. V1 thinks for a minute and folds. V2 confirms the count and calls fairly quickly, didn't seem to consider a raise.

Turn: T52 7 (Pot: $397)
Villain has about $250 behind, Hero has him covered.
Hero thinks for a minute and goes all-in.

Thoughts on all streets appreciated!

The flop seemed tough... didn't really want to just call since the A could be in either hand, especially V2. V1's bet is fairly strong since he hasn't been very active, likely hand is anything from 2-pair to a non-nut flush.

I've seen V2 raise some other flops. Nut flush seems unlikely, but could be a set, overpair with A or K, or just big broadway cards with A.

In hindsight I think my raise to $165 was a little low since it was just $75 on top of V2's $60 increase. V2 is probably not folding anything there unless it's total air, but it should get V1 out unless he has a flush. Check-reraising obviously looks strong from me, but I feel like if I made it $190ish it might have kept some bluffs in my range too.

If V1 shoves into my 3-bet I'm freaking out, and if V2 shoves I'm pretty worried but probably calling.

Shoving the turn seemed pretty natural after a safe card. V2 might still call with a set or Ax, but he's a solid player so he could also conceivably get away given the pot odds and my bet sizing on the flop.

If you are trying to get it in on the turn then I would have raised a little more on the flop to price him in on the turn with the As or a set. But other than that, I have no problem with the way you played it. You can also flat the flop and check raise good turn cards if you think there is a high probability of villain betting. But standard play is to raise the flop, but I would go a little more with these stack sizes just to make it easier to get it in on the turn.

I don't mind your Flop raise too much, maybe $180. It's big enough to scare off V1 and keep V2 in for another street. I want to 'really' charge V2 to see the River, even if he has a set, and the larger your raise the more attractive the River will seem to V2. Raising too much on the Turn will only get calls/shoves from hands that beat you .. not good IMO!! This raise doesn't quite scream small flush, but they will have to consider it in your range.

PF: Obv most here will say fold and you are really counting on V1 to come along to make this a better spot for you ...

OTF: Good spot for a c/r with the medium flush .. and I want to know where V1 is before I donk out on the Turn.

OTT: Lead shoving here all the time after I raise the Flop. 7x is mostly a blank so why change our story? GL
