1/2 casino game

V in UTG+1 (covers) mid 40’s male. Playing very LAG. Bullying the table around and no one is calling him down. He’s been having a 30 minute on going conversation with the guy next to him and pauses only so long as it takes him to bet, then resumes talking. He’s made 2-3 pfr to around $17 and each time he has shown AA,KK,AK type hands. His other raises have all been $7 and I imagine his range is suited A/K’s, pps and scs for the most part. He seems to open from all positions, regardless of number of limpers already in the pot. This guy is just here to have fun, being super talkative and playing too loose, but I think he is competent otherwise.

Hero on the button ($250) mid 20’s male. Think V views me as competent as well. He is talking so much tho that he can’t be following too much action. I 3bet this V before with KK from the BB when he made his $7 raise and got a few callers. I showed my Kings at showdown, not sure if V was watching.

Otth…

Hero dealt AQo on the button

UTG folds and V in UTG+1 opens for $7 (standard size for him). Folds to me on the button and I 3bet to $22. Blinds fold and V calls.

Flop ($47) Q67r

V checks and I bet $30. He pretty quickly calls

Turn ($107) Q675r

V leads out for $70. Hero?

This is a weird spot. My ranging for him here would be JQs,KQ,AQ,66,77,89s,67s. Only reason JQ/KQ is there is because your description of him as a lag trying to have fun. Feel like he could over play the hand/see the turn as a great bluff spot (it is). Against this range you have about 45% equity so with the pot odds I think you call and check/call river. Especially because I think the range is weighed heavier to bluffs and Qx's here. I hate this spot its really gross but I just don't see many two pairs showing up here raising 67 pre is awful and sets/89s are not compromising his whole range. If villain is really loose not thinking those connectors could be off suit and 54 could show up too, but really who raises pre with those.

I guess 88-JJ could be in there too and be trying to bluff you out here. Though like with KQ and JQ it would be bad play destroying the SD value he holds.

Unless you have a soul read that he is making a move or have substantiated evidence to the same effect, just dump it. You have a single pair, albeit TPTK, and your only available actions are to station it off or stack off, in which instance it is likely impossible that you are being called by worse. This a fold, and I don't think it's close or debatable.

Even if you want to include some pair+SD in his range, you're never good often enough to make continuing in any fashion profitable.

Given that you have a non-serious chatterbox rec player with a bet sizing tell that lets you know a pocket overpair isn't likely, play your TPTK for the best. Call and let him bluff on the turn and river.

He's covering you and just bet 70 on the flop... Your TPTK is too good to fold immediately. I'd try to call one off if I was skeptical at first but, when he fires out more on the river I'd give him the pot. My reasoning is that he has been distracted and not paying much mind to anyone but his table neighbor. So, give the guy a little credit for nonchalantly tossing big money out there while conversing with a big hand

Felt like the 5 was the worst turn card in the deck, bringing in the most obv draw from the flop. But he had been bluffing so much, thought I could bluff catch him here and if he fires again on the river give up because I don't think he would bet river after me calling turn on a bluff

Since this thread doesn't appear to be going anywhere I'll give the results...

Spoiler:
I call. River is 8. V shoves and I fold. He flashes 89hh for a straight
