Villain is just an idiot trying to avoid having to make a decision with a flush which is a pretty strong hand in itself and hoping you just don't have it. If you do it's just him running bad.

Snap call.

We flatted the flop raise to trap V. No reason to deviate from the plan, even though the board paired.

Looks like V has a small flush. Gotta call.

Flop is a tough situation, don't think there's really any good way to play once you get c/r because calling looks super strong, raising looks super strong. I lean towards call to let him keep firing but often in these spots I call and v c/f turn.

Raise flop, call as played. We fast play the nut flush, not because we are scared but because so many cards ruin our value/scare off villain. Lets say his range is flopped two pairs, sets and smaller flushes (for value), if another club comes off how much of that range is getting more money in ?....none, if a board pairing card comes out, especially top pair, how much of that range is getting more money in... the parts that have us beat and a stubborn yet smaller amount of smaller flopped flushes, so we only lose value from complete air and semi-bluffs,which we have most semi-bluffing hands blocked. It sucks on the turn, but he seems like the type of villain who overvalues hands and doesn't want you drawing with the ace of clubs vs a tighter(less arrogant) villain turn is a fold.

I basically spoiled this one in the other thread I just posted, so results:

H calls, V flips over 22 for the turned boat. In retrospect I hate V's flop play and like his turn play. His flop overbet is terrible because I'm basically never calling with worse and the only better hand I may fold is 66.

Don't worry so much about whether its good or not. Think about how it effects other parts of his overall gameplan. He is giving up a huge amount by choosing to use an otherwise strong hand to effectively bluff with. His strong hands are exposed too early, his calling range becomes extremely weak.
