There is another hand from yesterday's session which I believed I played badly.
Game is 1/2, effective stacks is 220

and on the particular hand I am perceived as a bluffer and villain is after me.
I am getting dealt K♣ K♠ in MP and I raise it to 15 after one limper.
I am getting called by villain on BTN with 220 effective stacks. (I have around 600). Also limper calls (stack: 150)
Pot: 48
Flop comes 4♣ 6♣ 2♠
I CB to 30, villain calls limper folds
Pot: 108
Turn is the 8♣ and I am pretty sure I am beat somehow. I exclude AKs as I have both black kings but all sets are in play and suited connectors or suited gappers that could have called the flop are either a straight or two pair now. BUT I am engaged with KK right now and I dont want to let them go yet :-). So I check the turn to see vilain's action and to avoid getting check raised with the intention to call and play 5th street chicken.
So villain bets 60 and I tank call getting ready to split from my beloved Kings and not marry them.
Pot is 228 and villain has 115 behind
River is a K♥ for a rivered set and I am first to act. Now I beat everything but a straight which I think would have bet a little bit more on the turn. Also I dont believe I will be able to fold a set of KK here for a half pot sized bet.
So I finalise my marriage with the KK and lead for 75 to look like AKs for a flush draw that turned to top pair and villain snap shoves for his remaining chips. I call.
Thoughts?
