Hero has JJ
board comes 9 5 6 rainbow,hero bets 25$, villan calls,turn is 7 hero bets 40$ villain shoves for 170$, hero?
i put him on a 2 pair combo, or 88,since he didnt 3bet flop so i tought he doesnt have set.I fold btw
you played it fine. Turn is questionable but I dont mind going for thin value in spots like this, cant always freeze just because the obvious something got there, but checking certainly isnt a leak.
These plays with 4 to a straight out there are almost always usually straights (esp. if the turn card brought in a bdfd). I would def. bet the turn too, it was played fine even if he shows up with AK high.
