Agree with spike. Let's step back for a second and pretend that both players were both deep stacked at a 2/5 table. What's our thinking for this scenario? The only reason for us to 4-bet light is if we think villain is 3 betting light. Has villain shown he has a wider 3betting range than QQ+? Additionally, we also want to think about why our villain would fold. If I'm the villain, I'm only folding to you if I have respect for your raise, or if I have air.
I can see why you wanted to 4bet light, this villain has a fold button post flop. But we're talking about preflop ranges here. The most important piece of missing information is the villains 3bet range. Without that, we should not be 4 betting light.
