Well you brought up charges on kydd. He is now saying he gave you 11k, you made 2k, which is 13k. You gave him 3k in maryland. That night you busted your roll. Which he claims to be 4k. So what happen to the 6k that is missing?

• You arrived in Maryland with $12,300 available, $9400 of which was in cash on your person
• You settled up the previous month's profit sharing with Kydd

Here's what I am not sure I understand, so I am reading into your posts.

Kydd had you on an $11,000 bank roll. He received none of that back from you before you left Maryland. You decided to end the stake. You claim that he owes you reimbursement for the Borgata expenses. So when you claim that you owe him between $4000 and $6000, are you saying that this is the $11,000 stake minus the Borgata expenses?

I have asked him at least two times and probably three to tell me exactly how much money he took and how he came to that number
