In my experiences with Dane he is not a drug addict and has 0 pit game problems and always get mad when someone plays pit games, whether it be chad, myself, or someone else. I have spent a lot of time with him in a casino and outside of a casino and I have never got the impression he was a degenerate with gambling and drug problems. If there is money missing from the roll, it is not from drugs and pit games IMO, and if it is I am very naive and he is a big hypocrite.

fwiw I have a receipts showing how much money I pulled out from the Players Casino in Ventura CA.

I also have eyewitnesses that can testify that I had 10k on the plane to maryland. I can easily subpoena them and have that proven in court

When I got to the hotel room chad said we needed to square up asap.

he then calculated how much % of profit I owed him and took some amount of money

I have asked him at least twice and possibly three times to outline this transaction but he has not responded. He possibly convinced himself that it did not happen

I do not know what is going on in his head as I stated before, but either way it is incredibly destructive

it is important that we do not get sidetracked or distracted

Totally agree with this, however dhcg really pushed for this. He started it off in the chat thread. I texted him for quite a while this morning and he really wanted it. I talked with Kydd and he was on the fence about it until he talked to you, but ultimately venice and I decided to let it happen because it was inevitable and the best logistical decision was to let it play. There are some other things to, but that is the gist.

fo sho this, although it seemed to start out as a staking agreement and turned into a friendship.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who puts 2p2 people in my phone as their user name.

I have met and played with both people. They are both really nice guys. Like many others I'm very surprised at this situation. But all opinions and personal attacks aside, the financial aspect of this issue is pretty black and white. Whether Kydd is a terrible coach, player, glass swallower, etc has no bearing in one being justified in not having to pay money back that is owed. From all accounts posted so far the number owed seems to be $11k. Imo the main discussion should surround why this money is not owed.

So how much do you think you owe, before you take out hotel rooms and bad deals? A few concerns, your stake agreement got better. When you split in vegas you went back to the old deal. Not by choice of course. So maybe he should put you back on your good deal and split the difference after that.

It's a "his word vs yours" situation now. How much was paid to him in Maryland?
