Your sizing is OK. If stacks were deeper then a little bigger would be better after button calls the BB donk. Your facing the problem that if you make it bigger on the flop you won't have enough left on the turn to apply any pressure. If you make it $150 on the flop the pot will be $435 and you will only have $130 left, at that point villain is never folding. He is more or less priced in to chase his nut flush even if you show him your set.
As is, if you showed villain your hand he should fold. But with TPTK and a nut flush draw to save him if he doesn't have the best hand it's hard to fold. If you had raised with AJ he is ahead now, if he gives you a chance of AK he is chopping with outs to win, if he gives you 76 or a worse flush draw or a straight draw or a combo draw he is priced in.
Remember, you want him to make this call. If this situation comes up 100 times you come out ahead in the end even if you lose 18% or so of the hands.
