Can I play this any worst?

Hero has played 2 hands in 2 hours and won them both but been pretty card dead. V1 is tight, he hasn’t played many hands since I sat down. V2 is a maniac limps or raises every hand never folds preflop. V1 and hero each have about 600.. V2 has about 300. We’re playing 1/3. Almost everyone limps at this table.
UTG limps, V2 limps, MP limps. Hero in the cut off with AhJd and makes it 35. Button calls, V1 in SB calls, V2 calls. Others fold, 4 ways to flop
Flop ($149) is 346 all hearts. Checks to me, hero checks, button checks.
Turn ($149) is Ad. V1 checks, V2 bets 75, hero calls, button folds, V1 shoves all in. V2 folds. Hero??? 865 in the pot. Shove puts me all in to call about 490 more.

For odds purposes the pot is now over 800. You have 9 outs to the nuts, some other good cards, and could be good here some pct of the time. You say V2 is a maniac but what hands does he check back flop then shove over a turn bet and call with? It sounds like he could be as weak as 2pair here. Its close. You dont have odds to draw to a flush, but could have other outs as well.
Barring a better read I think this is a disciplined fold, but if he is wild postflop I cam call this off. I dont think you played this hand poorly at all.
edit: i read the action wrong. I still think this is a fold, but again, its close.

Bet flop
As played a set is the rock bottom of his range and it’s usually just a flush so fold

I would fold
but think V1 has black ace with K hearts
strong play he knows you can't call

V1 almost certainly has a flush. So the real question is whether you are getting odds to call. You're only getting 2:1 to call. There are only 7 outs available. Easy fold.

I actually find preflop tricky because at tables like this we have to put in such a huge percentage of our stack with actually fair meh hands and yet even still won't be able to thin the field. I sometimes question whether overlimping with these mediocre high hands (AJ-/KQ-) in this spot might be better (???) but with maniac V1 in the hand just 100bbs deep and who is never folding preflop, that doesn't sound great either (do we lol open to $50 just to isolate him?).
Nut flush draw and 2 overs (although the overs might not be good) but also 4ways and likely not much FE (especially with a maniac in the hand). Think I'm actually ok just taking the free card here.
Think I'm ok with just calling the maniac on the turn. We're probably good but we don't really fear any draw and are cool keeping him in with worse / air. V1 has us smoked, so we're likely drawing to only our flush outs, and we're not getting the odds to draw to those, so easy fold to his shove.

Must bet flop. Rest seems fine assuming you folded to the shove.
