Even against a maniac this would be a tough call to make with the BB still to act. You say this guy is passive, so he has to be getting way out of line with a flush draw to make this call profitable. Even if you're right, you still have the BB waiting behind who could be trapping. If you get it in 3-ways here, you could find yourself drawing nearly dead. You played fine until now. Time to fold.
