Its my 3rd hand at table, villain is a mid 20s Asian guy.

1/2 7 handed

Villain limps utg (250)
CO limps
Button limps
Hero raises to 17 with KQ (400)
Villain calls, button calls

Flop ($50)
686

Hero bets 25, call, call.

Turn ($125)
686Q

Hero checks, villain bets $30, call, hero calls

River ($215)
686Q2

Hero bets $45, villain raises to $100, fold, hero?

This is one of the better bluffing hands otf i think, check would be fine too, but I flopped a backdoor fd i can barrel.
Villain has 178 before any action otr. Plan was to bet and fold to a shove, but instead he basically min raised. We need a big 13% to call here. I didnt like shoving river vs 2 villains, so i went with a non committing bet. Pretty sure i leak money when im getting min raised otr. Is this clear one way or the other?

How did the six of hearts on the flop magically become the eight of hearts by the turn?

If he has 66 or AQ, so be it.

I think when you give up initiative on the turn, you're inviting bluffs. Therefore you should call more often than you would if you took a different line. If you bet the turn, he called, and then you got minbet on the river, it would be a much easier fold.

As played, he is bluffing way more than 13% here. Not to mention he might be raising QJ for value or even spazzing out with JJ-99. He knows you don't have a lot of 8s in your range.

C/C river makes much more sense after C/C turn. It keeps all his bluffs in.
