No one suggested folding the river; the decision is between calling and raising. Hero didn't fold the river. Almost no one said to fold the turn, and Hero didn't fold the turn. In addition, you only know Villain "sucks" and is a "moron" because I stated this in the results, which shouldn't be relevant to your analysis of the OP. At the time the hand was played, very limited info was available on Villain.

Villain is certainly bluffing the flop (trying to, anyway). On the turn, maybe he thinks his hand is good. Or maybe he has no idea and can't think of anything other than to blindly bet. River, I couldn't even begin to guess.
