5-5 live full-ring game. All 3 villains in this hand are pretty average players. I don't have much history on them. They're playing mostly ABC, but are capable of semi-bluff raises/jams.

2 limps
Hero (~800) UTG+2 raise to 30 w/9h9d
V1 (~280) MP calls
V2 (~700) LP calls
V3 (~1000) CO calls
limpers and blinds fold

Flop (130): 9cTcJc

I'm first to act. I want to get people's opinion on the plan for this hand. Should I lead with a PSB with the plan to call a jam from V1 and letting it go if V2/3 jam?

if we were deeper i might consider something other than b/c.

if v3 were some super old super nit, i might also consider something other than b/c but i doubt it.

whatever gets shipped on us after we bet, there should be enough draws and 2ps in the range to balance the times we were outflopped, and even when we're outflopped we still got lots of equity.

so since we intend on b/c'ing, i would probably close to pot it on the flop.

edit: set over set oh well

Kind of a contradiction in terms - the ABC players I know are not jamming with semi-bluffs, since they wait for the "goods" as they see them.

Sizing on these flops is important. I played an almost identical hand last week where I flopped three 9s on a 9TJdd board. I Overbet flop 175 into 130 got called, and shipped the brick turn which was an overbet also. He almost called on a draw.

Don't under estimate the stationy tendencies of live players with a big draw. Bet big / ship.

I hate this spot. It's almost like it doesn't matter. With villains as described, it's gonna very difficult to tell who has Ac4c vs JT vs KQ no matter how you play. I guess pot-sized bet b/c you probably are not folding anyway and you want to be able to get paid off if the board pairs.

That's why I said "mostly" ABC.

THe only goal on this flop is to get all the money in! Lead and 3 bet if raised...even against a flopped strt you still have outs to fill up!

Over bet or cr ai.

If I over bet it would be crazy like 500 to induce all in but honestly I would crai. If nobody bets I fold turn if the draw comes and I get raised but turn would be like 1/3-1/2 pot.

I like c/r better than overbet. I want someone with Ac to lead this, so I can put him in a tough spot with a huge raise.
