Villain 1 in SB Effective stack is 50BB, villain 2 in BB is 110BB

I am on the button with A10d, UTG opens up for $8, two more callers, both blinds call. Flop comes 10c6h3h. checked to me and I bet $25, only blinds call, and turn is Jh gets checked around. River is 2h, checked around to me again. How often should I be bluffing here?

Very rarely because your value range here is very small. The only value bets you have are flushes, obviously, so you need to have the Kh or Ah probably, but you can't have two hearts or you'd have bet the turn. You also need something that could bet the flop against multiple opponents. So basically your value range is exactly AhTx or KhTx, that's not many combos, so you're not going to be able to bluff much either or your range will have way too many bluffs.

With 3 players, somebody likely has a flush and will make the crying call. So I wouldn't bluff it.

That's the shorter version, but I think it's worth noting that they're probably correct to do so, because your value range is so tiny.

UTG opens to 4BBs. Fold AT preflop. Give up on the river almost always.

OP said he had ATd. Ive always seen AT suited shown as either ATs or AhTh or AThh. I'm not sure if his hand was suited or not. If its suited its not so bad.
