2/3 at Crown Casino last night

table has 1 fish directly to my left(gross, he was overweight and had bad breath too.he's called $60-70 ai with T4s because he already called 1 raise and got squeezed.) and some passive players that limp called too much pre. i was pretty much in the worst seat possible with the tags to my right and loops on the left.(yeah i moved as soon as i could)

anyway UTG+1 isnt laggy isnt taggy is in between opens to 18. UTG +2 calls

my stack is appx 280-300 (villain covers)
i look down at T9 and flat knowing the fish next to me is going to call which makes it even more likely someone else will too making it a big pot pre.

BTN calls(is a tag that i have seen before. dont think he is too good from the last time i played with him but he is aware of position etc) too and blinds fold (5 players to the flop im 3rd to act)

flop is 863 ($90)

UTG+1 checks, UTG +2 checks

At this point im thinking that the 2 players already acted dont have any piece otherwise they would have probably bet on this board, especially the PFR.

I am really not sure how to play this here being OOP and 2 people to act behind me yet i have a lot of equity. I end up betting about $65 and the loose fish directly next to me calls and it folds around.

I am so lost here what do you think is optimal play?

Turn Brings a J and we are now HU

Ive got about ~200 behind and pot is 220. whats my line? is it Jam or c/f or do i have other options?

here are some ranges ive come up with now but didnt really think of too much at the time. the suited cards probably all need to be club/club though

Put the fish to the test and shove. You have fold equity and a ton of outs if behind.

Perfect spot to jam. Flop bet is fine because after checking as the preflop raiser, we'll get through a lot and if not we have a billion outs, the odds to call if he puts us in, and a perfect sized shove OTT.

Agree with the above posters. Jam. From the description you gave him it sounds like he has ANY piece of the flop. That increases your outs to any ten or nine as well.

OESD, FD, and possibly even overs to his pair... yes, jam for value.
