Big all in Turn Bluff in Tournament?

One of the bigger tournaments I play. Buy in £110, Everybody got around 100BB.
Blinds 100/200
UTG+1 Raises to 700 (loose player) CO calls.
I am on the BTN with QTss, I call - BB completes.
4 Way to 589 flop 1 spade.
PFR bets 2,000, HJ calls, I call, BB folds. (I think UTG is cbetting too often)
Turn 2s.
PFR bets 6,000, CO calls, I go all in for 18,000 effective.
PFR instafolds and says he had JJ. CO calls with 97.
Should I be shoving here? I was getting direct odds to call but believed I would have lots of fold equity as I shouldn't be showing up with bluffs here too often.
