He usually gets the better of me by combination of me folding to his 3bets preflop and him turning up with the nuts way too often in standard stackoff spots. I have no clue what to do on the river. This river push looks like it is for value since you showed strength the entire hand. A crying fold is probably in order.

It may sound pretty weak, but I like to C/C the river. You may lose a little value against 2 pair hands and such, but I rarely bet into someone 4 times in a row with out close to the nuts or a real strong read. He is just not going away and the board is too coordinated. He could have a straight, higher set, or even backdoored the flush with Jd10d. You also give him a chance to do the value betting for you by checking. He may bet for value with less or bluff completely. This way you probably get the same amount of value from the hand, but get to see the showdown. If he overbets all-in after I check though I have to call and could get stacked.

He doesn't have JJ. I think he had a straight drawish type hand on the flop, turned a backdoor flush door, and pushed on the river. I would fold.
