i am wondering if i should just call or raise to just 100ish to keep the pot smaller since it is a limp pot. and hope river is brick.

Fold pre... Probably betting flop... If EP is very aggro, I *maybe* could see just calling here, but mostly raising to any size between 60 and 130. 230 seems a bit excessive, but I guess sometimes you'll get action

Fold pre
As played raising turn is a must, you want to inflate the pot as much as possible, although 230 seems a bit too much. It could make some1 fold Ace with bad kicker. I would go somewhere between 110 and 150.
If your opponent is a whale and you have the read that he is never gonna fold top pair+, than your sizing is very good.
Its an exploitative play which works against some specific opponents. I hope that was the aim of your bet, not overprotecting your hand cos of you being scared of flash draws/board parring.

As everyone else will say, fold pre-flop.
When I gets to you on the turn, there's $95 in the pot. With no reads, I'm making it $135-155.

One reason I'm fine with raising a little bit smaller here is that it feels to me like EP definitely has Ax and MP has perhaps a straight or a flush draw but could also have Ax. And both are OOP... Ideally a small raise could induce one of them to go crazy, but lacking that I think if we raise really big we're mostly taking along big draws and folding out Ax. In this spot, in position on both players, I think I'm ok giving the draws a better price in order to keep Ax in. This allows us to hopefully get a lot of value on river bricks - plus I think we can still bet if a flush card hits and it checks to us, but sometimes fold if somebody leads into us.

Raising with 25o UTG with the right image is way better then limping in the CO. Not that I advocate playing that trash but I'm just saying how I feel.
Sorry to say but your game in general is worth negative $12-$15 per hour. You're looking to see the flop and hit instead playing the game. I know how you think. That's why I win.
