Yup my wife put all her invoices in Excel using a date macro to fill in the current date. The bug in the macro was when that every time the document was opened it updated the date to that days date. So she did the excel sheet, sent it to the lawyers, they opened it, printed it for court, showed their evidence to the opposing lawyer in court and ALL of them had that days date. So the judge looked at it and thought my wife made all the invoices just before the trial... TADA tossed out. It was brought to our attention by the opposition lawyers and our lawyers mouth dropped open and we are like WTF?!?! After the trial was over my wife found the "bug" in some forum. Because we were simply stunned that our lawyers didnt catch this error. Turns out the main attorney of the firm gave the case to his subordinate 1 week before the trial started, and she was already overwhelmed. She told us so. When this happened she explained what the owner of the law firm did and said "I didnt sign up for this crap" because she wanted to do good as an attorney. So the main lawyer missed it, and our assigned one. We consulted to sue our own lawyers and the lawyer we consulted with said "dont bother they will lie cheat and steal to be sure you cant prosecute them" in a nice way.

One thing we found out is that our justice system is not about justice, its about money. The judge literally thought my wife fabricated the invoices becaus she didnt get paid on a few of them when in fact she wasnt paid on any of them.

Never sue anyone with more money than you, only the lawyers win. My wife's ex-partner is rich now on my wife's idea and her hard work.

If the table has a number of shortstackers or full stacked $200 players who don't rebuy, there is not going to be enough money on the table to comprensate for the % that is coming off due to the rake+tips. You wouldn't be able to make much.

Yup thats basically a problem where I played. 30-40% of the table are short stackers. Now I only played there 3-4 times and maybe I got unluckily tabled with shorties. That's way Im advocating that you have to pay close attention to the action and the table on what to play and where.

Lets say...

** 1 limper $4, you raise (AK) $16 from HJ, shorty in BB shoves $60 and his hand flips face up by accident (77). **

Easy call right? Not really.

if you call there is $127 in the pot in which $5 goes to rake, $1 to BBH, and if you tip $1 thats basically a coinflip with you losing slightly in equity. Also considering its above average, due to card removal, that the limper had an ace also your chances of hitting one of your cards is even less. Just as an example.

Its a combination of the huge rake and the $4 limps we change the hand to...

** 1 limper $2, you raise (AK) $8 from HJ, shorty in BB just calls $8 and his hand flips face up by accident (77).... **

In this $2 limp case he would more than not just call.

I think a lot of the bad players see it like an MTT. "<10bbs I shove my 66"

OMG,
That's a very expensive game to play. What we have here is about $245/hour going to casino or is disappearing from the table. That's more then a max buy in. (35 hours x $7 = $245). Even if everybody buys in for $200 and if you are the best player at the table I suspect it's gonna be very hard to make significant profit. But, if you don't have some other poker rooms in your area I guess you've got play in that one. I would save some bankroll and fly to Vegas where you can play for a weak or more and make enough to cover one month income earned somewhere else.
