I have been cleaning up the game. Made the nuts every time just about for the last 3-4 hours. My image is I'm a lucksack. Ready to go started with $300 max bi. I now have like ~$850. I'm in bb with a4. Everyone limps I check flop comes 235. Yahtzee
Sb leads for $5. I make it $10. Folds to button he 3 bets to $30. Sb folds. I make it $75. Button shoves for $281 more.
Button has been up and down always shows strong hands as long as I've been at table. His stack is currently at the lowest it's been since I got here. (it was as high as $600+.) he appears solid though. I?

is flop suited or rainbow?

Without reads on whether he would overbet shove with air or or not I'm folding, as we are really behind to a range of sets+46 and a4.

If there was a flush draw out there(esp if it connected to our ace) or i thought he'd make this move with 44 or 2p+ Its an easy call as that extends his range considerably.

IT comes down to reads. There are players I call this with all day everyday in my reg game as they play 2p like the nuts here. If player is very tight i puke fold, if clever and good (and thinks you can fold) i might make a hero call as the chance he'd be fos is greater the better/worse he is.

tough spot.

Easy easy call. He'd probably play top or middle set exactly like this, I know I would. I'm either WAY ahead, or ~30%, I'm never drawing dead.

You're getting 31.8% pot odds and have like 34% equity against a tight range w/ no bluffs.

If you add in two pair hands you have good equity.

Snap-fold? Snap-call? I didn't expect his shove for 150bb. I didn't think this particular guy would do this without the nuts. Or maybe a set. I know I flopped a straight but it feels like a trap. Everyone says " duh, flopped straight now stick in your stack". But in my mind it didn't feel right. Just cause I flopped 2nd nuts must I play? Anyone here fold?
Or should I just snap my fingers?

Snap call. Never folding here. Against only sets and the nut straight you are over 40% equity. You have to call $281 into a pot of $476, ie 37% of final pot of $757. Clear call even against worst case scenario.

Presence of a flush draw is a big issues here. If he flopped 6-4, he's not going to play it this fast - he's going to try to get move out of you unless he's worried about the flush draw too.

Either way, I'm snap calling. Don't start seeing monsters under the bed until it grabs your foot. Sucks if you got coolered, but it happens.
