I felt rather confident during this hand, but would like a check-up on my line and thought process.

I know this is largely reads based, and a fairly long read, but I will try to paint the picture for you.

Very loose passive game. A lot of multi-limped pots that get raised to 6bb-8bb pf and get 3-4 callers. Quite a few decent pots decided on flop or turn.

Main vilain is fairly tricky player, has 10+ sessions with you, and you know each other's games well. You are at this table because he was to the right of the open seat when you were given your choice of three tables. He tends to overplay made hands, snap calls almost all good draws and is very likely to bluff at missed draws or med-sized pots checked to him. He rarely gives you credit for a hand because you are well known for opening and raising light. You are the only player 3-betting this table, and two hands earlier you were caught opening QTos from EP and called when the table short stack pushed for a little more.

Vilains stack ~1200 and you cover. All other stacks between 500-1000.

five limpers ahead of you on the BB with KsKh and you raise to $35 total, three players call. SB folds.

Flop Q J 6 Diamonds.

You bet out 125
One fold.
Vilain slowly calls and LP folds.

You put vilain on 99, TT, QK+ or JK+ good kicker or KT with one diamond.

Turn 7s.

You figure you are way ahead of vilains range, but want to make him pay big if he has a big draw. You also remember that you are not given any credit by him so you know he is capable of calling with worse hands.

You bet $325

Vilain starts to fold, then stops and thinks, counts out a call and puts it right behind the betting line. He then counts out the rest of his money and puts 500 right next to his call and balks like he is going to push it all out a couple times. He takes a litteral 4-5 minutes and announces call, you die a little inside because you really wanted him to push.

Any thoughts about my thoughts on both players ranges, plays, and plans for the river are very welcome.

Thanks!

You need to raise much more preflop. That's way too small in a live game as described.

Given the $ in the pot, you need to shove any river. If you can shove in the dark this might be a good way to get this moron to call with a one pair hand.

Any river? Doesn't about a quarter of the deck kill us against his range?

My plan when he called the turn was to shove if any card other than a diamond, ace, or queen came on the river. Would you still shove if one of those cards hit?

I think you should make it at least 60$ here.
Not sure about the river, but I can't see myself pushing when a diamond hits.

Why do you exclude AJ, AT with Ad from his range?

I didn't exclude those hands from my thinking, but I see that I didn't write it that way.

I think QK+ or JK+ are very likely, but I doubt he has a pr with Ad just from many hours at the table with him. He would almost always raise that type hand on the flop, he would also likely raise AJ/AQ pf. On the turn, I think it is completely ruled out when he takes so much time to act.

AdTx is likely, but would be a little out of character for him.
