I played it much like most of you would have. I shoved over villains turn bet and he quickly called and rolled Q

. River blanked and hero quietly folded.
After the hand I had an internal discussion with my self (hi other DCFT!). It occurred to me that I was looking too much into how I was portrayed and failed to remember that most LLSNL players don't care that much about your image or whatever. This is a pretty good maxim for all of us grinding $1/2 or $2/5: Unless proven otherwise, a strong line means strength. It doesn't mean he's playing off your image or that you're barrelling too much or whatever. So the rule of thumb for me: until I know my villain is able to adjust, a strong line = a strong hand. This was backed up by me playing another few hours with this villain. He folded bad hands, he x/called medium hands, and was very aggressive with strong absolute hands.
Thanks for the feedback (and nice read Wewa!)
