Yeah this given the SPR we can't really bet/fold turn though i would like to if we were deeper. 20 pre always if straddled or playing 2/5.
He is prolly x-raising with a worse Qx and is trying to get to showdown or some sets which boated up, either way he has no bluffs but you have worse hands that you beat in his range.
I don't mind xing in this spot either because if the flush comes in and he starts betting we can fold and he may still call us with all his weaker Qx if he x given the pot size too.
Also if river bricks he may just x his Qx and try and let us bluff at the pot given we xed back the turn. Depends on his river tendencies does he like to just bet a lot of things for value or x-call some strongish hands in his range and try to induce some bluffs.
If i had reads that this villain never x-raised worse OTF then i would fold the flop cause people are that bad at LLSNL and x-raises are the nuts at the micros.
