History: V called off 135bb with Q6 on QJT96 vs three players.

I raise in LP to 15 AQcc, V 3bet min-raise to 30, two callers.

Flop: ($120) AA4

All check

Turn: ($120) 7

V open shoves...

What do you think his 3 betting range is? If it's only qq/ak+ then pretty gross sick spot, but since he seems like the fishy type he could have pocket pairs and suited aces in that range, as well as other bigger pairs.

If you were heads up I would snap call I think since he is a fish, but with 2 other people in the pot seems like a disgustingly nitty fold.

i've seen random fish min-3bet with crap like 99. Just the other day, I opened AK to 40 and fish make it 85 with 99 and folds to 4bet...lol

here, i'm worried vil shows up with 77 more often than AK

We're heads up effective, I'm sure I'm closing the action.

It seems like a desPeration bluff, and yet no one in their right mind bluffs this spot...

call without hesitation, and if he wakes up with AK then tough luck.

The only question is whether he min-3bets with 44, 77 or AK in this situation. I just don't see it at LLSNL. Each of those hands are looking for folds pf because they don't want to play against a calling range on the flop. In fact, most players will call 44 and 77 looking to set mine before they would min-raise them.

Therefore, his range pf had to be extremely strong. We know he doesn't have AA. I call and expect to see KK alot in this situation. Yeah, I puke a little in my mouth, but I've got to call if I'm calling the 3bet pf.

How much variance can your bankroll take?

I'd snap call, if he has you, pay him and reload

+1 just feels so fishy to call off like 180bb w/trips. I actually had position, and planned to fold a lot of flops, which makes me wonder why I'm calling to begin with...

Maybe you can find a fold if he ships the flop because then it doesn't look like it could possibly be anything other than a ridiculously played AK. It's different on the turn. The fish who flop the effective nuts and go for the checkraise on the flop don't ship the turn. They check it again and then ship the river. The action just makes it totally unbelievable that you were behind on the flop. This line from this guy is any middle pair, vomit for you it was the sevens.

+1
If he shoved it quick I call 100% of the time. If he took some time to think about the shove than maybe put him on 77. I still call either way at this point in the hand

I wanted to make sure I wasn't being results-oriented by thinking tht this was an instacall after V turned over:

Spoiler:
Results: JJ

and I felt like an idiot for putting V on a one-hand range. The min-raise is basically never QQ+ from a tourney player, and probably should never be AK either as this is usually shipped pre. Clicking back the flop was a huge mistake.
