I've been playing pretty bad lately and this hand didnt seem like an exception, but a couple of guys that are alot better than me told me this hand was standard so I decided to post the hand to get some more opinions.
This was the first level of a pretty fast structured tournament. Its a weekly tournament and its always the same 75-100 players every week. ALOT of VERY BAD players. 15 min blinds. start stack 10k. first level 100/200 the whole tournament takes less than 4 hours.
i had barely less than my start stack. approx 9600. had A9 diamonds in MP. highjack makes it 700 3 callers in front, i call. 5 players.
The flop: 7c As 10h
so first of all im out of pos, which is obviously horrible. its rainbow but smacks everyones range harder chris brown smacked rhianna. but im an idiot so when the preflop raiser bets 700 again i figure its too small a bet not to call. one other guy calls. the turn is the 9h. I think i probably have the best hand now. i Bet 2000 the raiser folds and the other guy shoves. So im thinking he might have A-10, A-9, Ak, J8hh. somwhere in that range, but i finally decide on either AK or A9 and call. He tables J8dd and the river bricks.
i really dont see folding pre with so much money in already or to the small flop bet, but do i fold the turn when he shoves? any advice is appriciated. thanks.

Why did you decide to put him specifically on the bottom of his range?

I think I'd be pretty terrified of a set in that situation. Why'd you put him on that particular range? Anyway, even if you did include sets in V's range (which it seems like you probably should have) it's pretty damn tough to fold aces up on a drawy board. I don't think there's anything wrong with the call in most situations.
