Game is $2-$100 spread-limit. Villain has $300, I cover.

Folds to me in the CO with AhJh and I raise to $10. Only Villain in SB calls.

FLOP: Ac9d3c (pot: $20, heads-up). He checks, I down-bet to $8, he calls.

TURN: Ac9d3c Kh (pot: $35, heads-up). He checks, I check back.

RIVER: Ac9d3c Kh Jc (pot: $35, heads-up).

Villain leads for $10.

How much should we raise to— $30, $70, or $110???

Why check turn? If you went 2/3
+ pot on the flop only then would i check back the turn

Bet flop bigger, have no idea why you're checking the turn.

I'd probably go $30 on the river.

Agree with above. Make a normal bet on flop (why the down bet? I dislike them, and this is no place for one) and bet turn -- zero reason to check behind here. $30 on river.

The pot is 10 dollars, why would you wanna raise to 110? I would raise to about 35, we're trying to get Ax (or worse hands since our hand is under repped) to call.

The bet sizings you selected were bad as already stated because we need to get value when we flop value hands. Don't worry about AK and sets too much there's nothing you can do about that and you'll usually hear from them if they're that strong (especially when you cbet 8 bucks).

PRE - I like it, assuming $10 is the standard open in this game.

FLOP - Think we can c-bet bigger when we're HU and IP, with TPGK, especially in a game where it seems like no one likes to fold, and you're playing against the SB who capped his range by flatting pre.

TURN - Y u check? Y u no barrel? C'mon, man.

FLOP - Must raise. I like to go at least 4x with river raises, unless I'm trying to induce a re-raise or there wouldn't be enough stack depth left behind to fold to a 3B. So...$40.
