Game: 3/5 NL Holdem, 500 max buy-in

Reads:
Villain, UTG+2, 600 - just moved to table about 3 hands ago. Very little direct experience with him. I know he plays bigger - 5/10, 10/20 - and is probably waiting for a seat in those games. Thus his opening range may be a bit wider than others and may make moves, but don't have much experience with him, so I can't say for sure.

Hero, MP1, 550 - been playing TAG, somewhat aggressive, no major pots to date, haven't been in any hands since villain sat at table, doubt he has any significant reads on me.

Hand:

Pre: Villain opens for $20, Hero with AA raises to $65. Folds to villain, who thinks and calls.

Flop ($130): 942

Villain checks, Hero thinks and bets $85. Villain thinks briefly and calls.

Turn ($300): 9422

Villain checks.

Hero - ?
bet/fold, bet/call, check? If betting, what sizing?

I would have bet a little bigger on the flop ~100.

Def bet the turn ~200 and obv don't fold.

bet/call. $110 ott to setup a nice shove on the river that's easy to call and to induce villain to shove turn with overpair+fd.
