UTG Hero ($1700) raises to $35 with two black Aces. Hero has loose, gambling image. Is the big stack at table. Built large portion of stack by turning a full house and getting paid by two players that made flushes on the river, including the button who called the river raise.

Button ($900) calls. Has showed some creative bluffs and has induced some bluffs from others by check calling with medium made hands on draw heavy boards.

SB ($225) calls. SB has only played a few hands, but seems a bit clueless.

Flop ($105) QJ3
SB donks $25. Hero raises to $100. Button cold calls. SB goes all in for $190.

Hero has option to raise again.
Thoughts.

In most cases, button is almost always on some sort of draws, but because he's in position, it is more likely that he could have a strong made hand. However, hero has a loose, gambling image, flush is very well in hero's perceived range, and thus button's cold call is more than likely a draw himself.

It's harder to play a dry side pot for various reasons, and we're OOP without any redraw, so flatting is definitely out of the question.

Button's stack relative to the pot is too small, which means we can't raise the flop and fold on turn, and our hand really isn't strong enough to slow play and piece-meal it to button...

Combining our image, pot odds, and the action thus far, I think this is a clear shove on the flop.

My first thought is that i hate flop, and was thinking about just flatting the $25. i want to play vs the SB, but having the Btn behind us screws up everything.

As played, call again, the btn is not back-raising here without QQ. He's calling again too, and life will suck on any K, T, 9 or diamond, but that's what happens when you raise the flop in that spot.

Raising again way over reps your hand and only provides protection vs his draws. This is all so gross. I can't justify making it $600 more just to price him out,( and even then once in a while he jams and we fold) just to get into a 60/40 - 70/30 spot with the SB.

I don't like being in this spot.

its hard for me to wrap my head around this, I generally think that flatting here is the best option and then folding to bad runouts

Tough spot. If we raise -- we are probably going to be behind if all the money goes in vs. the button. Best case we are against a combo draw when the money goes in. By calling, we are likely going to to be playing a $600 pot with $700ish effective stacks out of position. We are going to be checking and folding some turn cards, we can't really bet/fold considering stack sizes, and a bet/call almost always might have us behind. If we call here, BTN sometimes is going to raise also, as he may think he can "buy outs" by getting the pot HU vs. the SB.

In hindsight seems like we should have raised flop larger.
