I'm relatively new at the table so no reads to speak of either way.

I didn't 3bet pre because I don't really want to face a 4th bet with QQ this deep. It would also fold out a good part of his range that I may get value from post-flop.

So we flop gin, now how to proceed?

Not sure of the flop check, thats a very drawy board, straights, flushes, etc, I think you have to bet the flop here. B/c of no bet on flop, changes whole hand. I don't see him checking AA here on the flop, so could he raise UTG+1 with KJ is the question. Again, donk stack size so who knows.

3bet preflop, i don't get the deep comment, and dear god 3bet the turn what are you achieving by calling, make his draws pay (and everything else)

I think he thinks that a 3 bet will commit him vs the 75BB deep. And he is not confident to get in.

I reraise the turn and get it in.

Correct.

(it's obvious I am a tournament donk because I see 75BB as being luxuriously deep, like a beautiful warm bed made of clouds)

i would only take your flop line if we 3bet pf and he flatted. i think leading flop is good here, even a small donk bet vs his donk stack. as played i think reraising the turn is ultra standard

I like 3 betting pf. Since you didn't, donk bet the flop, continue on the turn...and reship when he does his ghey min-r. I also commit on the turn as played. He either has AA, KJ, or possibly TT....with a minute chance of AcTc or AQ(but unlikely).

So...results?

6max donk here so some questions. those who say donkbet flop - aren't you results oriented? I like turn c/r but betting is good, some of those "whole roll on table ******s" might check an ace on turn. 3bet pf usually but if he was 100BB deep cc is best right?

Not reraising QQ is a crime against humanity.

I agree. God actually kills 2 kittens when you don't 3 bet pf in this spot.

When I say donk bet the flop, I'm not being results oriented. If he is calling a 3 bet pf, he's calling a bet on the flop more than likely. Why not get it in sooner? He might even raise if your bet looks dumb/weak.

calling with QQ pre is sooooooooo much better in position and with a 75BB stack you should be 3betting pretty much 100% in the SB

and uh, wtf with the turn, why wouldnt you want to get as much money as possible in now? just shove that ****, or at least repop something

I'm pretty sure you hit gin when the A came on the turn, so congrats. I think your set line sucks though.
